Buy the hours once, then ask for time whenever you need it.

Pick a block above. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code, then pay at a secure checkout.

Ask for time
Send a request through the contact form and choose Prepaid Hours as the topic. Tell us what you need and when.

See every hour
Your dashboard shows the hours you have left and a time log of every session: the date, the time spent and what was done.

Questions about Prepaid Hours
Do the hours expire?
Each block shows its expiry on its card above.
Which hours are used first?
Your oldest block of hours is used first, so hours you bought earlier are spent first.
How do I ask for time?
Sign in, open the contact form and choose Prepaid Hours as the topic. Say what you need and when you would like it.
Where do I see what I have used?
In your dashboard. The Prepaid Hours tab shows each block and the hours left, and the time log lists every session.
How is on-site work logged?
Each on-site session is logged at two hours or more.
